Meet your guide
Hi — I’m Avi Sherbill, founder of SoundRx. Before this path, I was deep in music production and film/TV composition—but inside, I was unraveling. Disconnected from purpose, I fell into addiction, anxiety, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode.
What brought me back was sound. Not just as music—but as medicine. Pure frequency. Resonance that bypasses the mind and speaks to the body. Breath that calms. Vibration that soothes. These became my lifelines.
Since 2018, I’ve been guiding soundbaths and trainings worldwide—creating space for people to drop out of the noise and finally hear themselves again. Along the way, I earned a two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification through the program created by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, grounding my work in evidence-based practice.
Sound helped me regulate, reconnect, and remember who I am. That’s what I hope it does for you, too.
